• If you cancel your photo session with less than 48 hours’ notice, you may be required to pay a cancellation fee or forfeit your deposit.
• you can reschedule your photo session once; without penalty if you give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
• In case of an emergency or illness, we are flexible with our rescheduling policy.

Remember, it’s always best to communicate any changes or issues with us as soon as possible to ensure the best possible outcome for both parties.

To secure your session date and time, we require a 20% deposit to start preparing for your shoot day and block our photographer’s time.

The remaining 80% of the payment is due after your shoot is completed. We accept payment via cash, check, or credit card.

We are committed to provide you with the best photography service in Dubai. If for any reason your shoot falls below our high standards, we will provide you with a complimentary session with a different photographer to ensure your complete satisfaction.

We aim to provide you with your images promptly, as we understand the excitement of seeing the results of your photo session. Typically, we will provide you with access to an online gallery link the day after your shoot. However, if you would like to proof the gallery on the same day, we can accommodate you at our studio with prior confirmation.
